A Letter to the Students from a Parent

To the Students at New Creations:

I have been honored to have met many of you over the last several years, and I am so proud of all of you. Although we often hear how God has helped the students while attending New Creations, I thought you would like to hear from a parent’s perspective how God has helped me at home too.

I know you have worked very hard, and it has been difficult to be away from your parents and families. Even though you may have had issues with your parents and families, just know that they have missed you very much but only want what is best for you. They also want you to have the best advantages in life and to see you become successful.

Since my daughter has been at New Creations, my life has changed in many ways. I am sure that many of your parents will agree that they are changing too. The students are not the only ones that need to mature and become more faithful in their walk with Jesus Christ. My faith and devotion to God has increased tremendously, and I always feel God’s presence in my life. I ask God every day for the ability to become a better parent to my daughter. The Christian music that I now listen to fills my home with so much love and the spirit of Jesus Christ.

I will always be grateful to New Creations for opening up a new world for me and my daughter and for giving us a second chance in our relationship.
